9. DELIVERY POLICY
Your print order will be confirmed by email and despatched by first class post within two working days (dependent upon availability).
10. POSTAGE
All postage within UK is at a flat rate of £5 per order (under 5 items). All shipments to Europe including Eire will be sent international at a flat rate of £10 per order (under 5 items). Shipments to the rest of the world will also be sent international at a flat rate of £12 per order (under 5 items).

These prices are inclusive of custom charges and duty.
All orders are sent ddp (delivered duty paid).
11. ORDER CANCELLATION
We will be happy to accept an order cancellation by telephone only if it is prior to despatch. After this we would ask you to please to follow our returns policy.
12. RETURNS POLICY
Your order can be returned, undamaged, for any reason up to 14 days after receipt, for a full refund or exchange.
The return will be your responsibility, both in terms of cost and safety.
We will not be able to refund any item lost or delayed in transit back to us.
